Anomaly Guide#43 Unexpected Garment on Slot |

First determine which device triggered the anomaly by examining the anomaly message on the application's computer console (within the Metalprogetti B2K/BAM application).
For Uniform Conveyor Systems running B2K
The anomaly record will contain both the CONVEYOR number as well as a POINT description which indicates the faulting device (arm, gate, etc).
For Storage Systems running BAM
The device ID is made up of 4 digits - the first 2 indicate the conveyor ID, the second 2 indicate the device ID.
In the following examples, XX represents conveyor ID while the last 2 digits represent the device.
Main conveyor anomalies will always be XX-00,
extraction arm anomalies will always be XX-01 through XX-10 depending on how many arms are installed,
and feedrail anomalies will always be XX-11 as demonstrated below.

| Possible Causes | Checks to Perform |
| Garment was found on slot during load attempt | This anomaly is usually legitimate and can be caused by any of the following: -Garment failed to extract from previous extraction and remained on conveyor belt -Garment was manually placed on slot without being loaded through the system |
| Piston sensor out of position or defective | Actuate piston manually (either with manual test button on solenoid valve or with the air pressure off) and determine if the sensor's indicator LEDs light up as the device oscillates between fully extended and fully retracted. If sensor LED does not light up, touch magnet to face of each sensor to determine if its LED responds to the magnet. If LED on sensor does not light up when the magnet is present - replace sensor and test. If sensor lights up in response to a magnet but not when piston is in the corresponding position, sensor may need to be slightly repositioned using instructions below: 1) Verify piston is either fully extended or fully retracted 2) Slightly loosen the screw on the suspect sensor bracket 3) Slide the sensor 1mm to 2mm up or down until LED lights up Once sensor LED remains lit - secure screw and test. Actuate the piston manually several times to verify the sensor LEDs behave as described above. |
| Slot checker colliding with conveyor belt during load | Actuate piston manually (either with manual test button on solenoid valve or with the air pressure off) and verify the 'foot' does not collide with the conveyor belt. If collision is observed, adjust as necessary. |
