Conveyor Extraction Arms Check for broken pins or excessive slack, then lubrciate chains with InterflonTF teflon based lubricant or equivalent Monthly
Conveyor Extraction Arms Check plastic chain guides for excessive wear, especially on the ANGLE portion near conveyor - replace if needed Annually
Conveyor Hanger Sensors Check for presence of tensioning spring and verify plastic hanger guide is not worn out - replace as needed Quarterly
Conveyor Load Stations Verify cable saver is present and properly attached to scanner to prevent unnecessary strain/damage to plug Annually
Conveyor Drive System Check for visible wear or cracks in rubber drive belt and verify proper tension - belt should give slightly when pinched Quarterly
Conveyor Drive System Check sprocket for worn teeth and/or rough operation - if wear is visible, inspect top of stainless belt for signs of wear Annually
Conveyor Stainless Belt Verify there are no cracks, major bends or dents due to jams, or any loose/missing screws at belt junctions Weekly
Conveyor Stainless Belt Open access port and clean any accumulated metal swarf while examing trolleys for broken wheels or bearings Annually

Bagger Label Printer Clean all debris buildup from entire label applicator and check drive rollers for stuck labels (ALWAYS turn printer off) Weekly
Bagger Label Printer Check integrity of brush and verify it articulates with gentle spring resistance - replace or steam brush if worn out Monthly
Bagger Poly Cut & Seal Verify foam cushions and silicone tubing near cutters and on poly door are intact - replace if missing or damaged Monthly
Bagger Entry / Exit Device Verify entry / exit devices do not collide with hanger hook and actuate smoothly without dropping clothes onto floor Monthly
Bagger Gripper Carriage Check temperature of gripper carriage motor after several hours of production - blistering heat indicates a problem Quarterly
Bagger Gripper Carriage Verify drive belt is centered on pulleys, is not worn out, and has proper tension - belt should give slightly when pinched Monthly
Bagger Gripper Carriage Verify carriage does not slam or 'bang' when coming to rest at top of bagger - slamming evident of drive train problem Monthly
