Ticket / instance fee: $50 standard / $75 after-hours (previously $40 / $60)
Per-minute rate: $3.00 standard / $4.00 after-hours (previously $2.50 / $3.50)

Attention: Any order placed after 3pm time will incur a
$90.00 rush fee if it is to be sent out the same day.
